StableNet® is the first choice for real-time, and historical reporting capabilities. StableNet® has a highly flexible reporting engine with comprehensive Web dashboards and targeted reports so that users can see in real-time the status of the managed infrastructure & business services. Rapid Trouble-shooting of problems, issues, understanding trends, and verifying compliance of service levels is navigated with ease, reports can be generated in two ways: (a) on demand reporting, or (b) scheduled-based reporting. All reports can be fully automated to meet repeatable best-practice standard reporting, and customised one-off type reports to meet specific customer requirements in your enhanced and premium service offerings.
Once a report has been generated, it can be published in different formats. StableNet® supports PDF, HTML and MHT formats. Report publishing is possible via the scheduler function: e.g. hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or on demand. The on-demand access is supported by the StableNet® portal. If desired, reports can be dispatched by email. StableNet® uses the measure-once-report-many-times methodology. This means that a single measurement can be included in any number of reports.
The StableNet® reporting subsystem is extremely scalable and able to generate targeted reports for a large audience, multiple groups etc. The 'look-and-feel' and CI (Configuration Interface) of the reporting engine is completely customisable and therefore templates you wish to tailor and brand is easily possible using the StableNet® reporting engine.
