Rapid Trouble-shooting of problems, issues, understanding trends, and verifying compliance of service levels is navigated with ease, reports can be generated in two ways: (a) on demand reporting, or (b) scheduled-based reporting. All reports can be fully automated to meet repeatable best-practice standard reporting, and customised one-off type reports to meet specific customer requirements in your enhanced and premium service offerings.

Infosim Stablenet Reporting SLA Management

Once a report has been generated, it can be published in different formats. StableNet® supports PDF, HTML and MHT formats. Report publishing is possible via the scheduler function: e.g. hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or on demand. The on-demand access is supported by the StableNet® portal. If desired, reports can be dispatched by email. StableNet® uses the measure-once-report-many-times methodology. This means that a single measurement can be included in any number of reports.

The StableNet® reporting subsystem is extremely scalable and able to generate targeted reports for a large audience, multiple groups etc. The 'look-and-feel' and CI (Configuration Interface) of the reporting engine is completely customisable and therefore templates you wish to tailor and brand is easily possible using the StableNet® reporting engine.

StableNet® Reports are fully customisable for a multitude of technologies and to ensure that the right audience has the relevant reports for troubleshooting, capacity planning & forecasting, SLA & KPI monitoring etc. Reporting features include:

  • Real-Time & Historical Reporting - Available via the Web-Portal, users can view the latest & historical data as well as defined searches for specific date/time views. Real-Time graphical/tabular views can be obtained using the Analyzer & Group Analyzer function.
  • Capacity Planning & Predictive Forecasting - reports assist engineering & service management teams in maintaining high levels of service availability by proactively forecasting & trending the usage of business infrastructure service components. Threshold alerting, 95th percentile and baseline deviation reporting is also supported with fully customisable KPIs available to tune to your network requirements.
  • Response Time & Transaction Reporting - Synthetic transaction reporting is fully supported, response time, IP-SLA, URL Availability/response.
